REGISTRATION

• Registration fee includes participation, programme book, proceeding, name badge, lunch meals, banquet and coffee breaks during the conference.
• Registration fee does not cover accommodation, so participants are requested to arrange hotel room separately. Hotel information around the conference venue can be found on EKC2026 Website.
• Cancellations and refund requests are available with a penalty until 30 June 2026. After this date, all payments are non-refundable.
• Please follow the registration instructions for General Participants or Members of Europe Associations.
• Early bird registration deadline is 15 June 2026.

The registration fees for participants are:

• 1. You can view the total cost, including registration and additional program fees, in advance. This information is available on the EKC registration system.
• 2. Please register via the EKC2026 registration page. You can pay your registration fee through the provided online payment link.
• 3. If you would like to transfer the full registration fee, please refer the following bank information.

• 4. All participants must upload a copy of their registration fee proof (only in PDF or image format only) after completing their payment or transfer.
• 5. EKC2026 Administrator will review your registration. Once verified, you can check your status on the registration system, and possibly a confirmation email will be sent to you.

The local associations in Europe (EU-Member) are VeKNI (Germany), KSEAUK (UK), ASCoF (France), KOSEAA (Austria), KOSES (Finland), KSSEA (Sweden, Denmark, and Norway), KOSEANL (Netherlands), KSEAS (Swiss) and KOSEABE (Belgium). These associations’ members are asked to follow the instruction below to register EKC2026:

• 2. Go to EKC2026 registration page and make a registration. A special rate would be applicable for the European association members.
• 3. Please transfer your registration fee, including any additional costs for family dinners, Science School fees, etc., to your local association's bank account. Please contact your local association for further details.
• 4. Your registration will be approved by your local association based on your payment and the information you provided.
• 5. EKC2026 Administrator will finally review your registration. Once verified, you can check your status on the registration system, and possibly a confirmation email will be sent to you.
