Site Visit - Airbus

Site Visit may be changed or cancelled depending on the number of participants.

Site Visit is a programme that visits a leading site as part of the EKC event. If you are interested, please apply when registering for the EKC. However, since the number of places available is limited, once the participant limit is reached, registrations will close.

General Information

  • Site Visit will take place on: 20 July 2026
  • Meeting & start time: 09:00
  • Activity: Guided visit to the Airbus A350 final assembly line (Toulouse)
  • Duration: About 1.5 hours, guided in English
  • Important: Visitors must bring a valid passport or national identity card for access to the Airbus site; driver’s licences are not accepted.

Registration

  • Site Visit registration must be completed during the EKC registration process by selecting the Site Visit option.
  • Due to space limitations, early registration is strongly recommended.
