How can I cancel my card payment or registration?

Unfortunately, our banking system does not allow online card payment cancellations. If a refund is required, it can only be processed by bank transfer. Card refunds can only be processed on site. In all cases, please contact your respective Association first. For participants registered under Korea, Others, or ASCoF, please contact: secretary@ekc2026.org

Why has my registration status been “Waiting” for a long time?

Please make sure that you have uploaded your proof of payment. Your registration cannot be validated without it. If you have already uploaded your proof of payment and your status remains “Waiting” for a long time, please contact your respective Association. For participants registered under Korea, Others, or ASCoF, please contact: secretary@ekc2026.org

Can I pay on site?

Yes, on-site payment is possible. However, you must still complete your registration first on the EKC registration platform. When registering, please leave the comment “Pay on site” and then click “Submit”. Please note that the Regular Registration fee will apply for on-site payments. If you are still eligible for the Early Bird fee, we strongly recommend paying online before the event.

Does EKC2026 provide accommodations for sponsors?

Unfortunately EKC2026 is not able to provide accommodations but we can recommend you few ones. Please visit EKC2026 Accommodation Page

Which language should be used for the booklet?

All materials, including the booklet and session descriptions, should be prepared in English. Please refer to the Special Sessions programme on the EKC2026 website for examples of session descriptions and booklet content:
