Unfortunately, our banking system does not allow online card payment cancellations. If a refund is required, it can only be processed by bank transfer. Card refunds can only be processed on site. Please make sure that you have uploaded your proof of payment. Your registration cannot be validated without it. If you have already uploaded your proof of payment and your status remains “Waiting” for a long time, please contact your respective Association. Yes, on-site payment is possible. However, you must still complete your registration first on the EKC registration platform. When registering, please leave the comment “Pay on site” and then click “Submit”. Please note that the Regular Registration fee will apply for on-site payments. If you are still eligible for the Early Bird fee, we strongly recommend paying online before the event.

No. Even if you plan to pay on site, you must register in advance. This is required to complete the security checks at the entrance and to prepare your name badge. Please submit your registration in advance and add a comment indicating that you will pay on site or for any other query. Registration: https://registration.ekc2026.org/
