Call for EKC2026 Registration

Please make a registration for EKC2026.

Europe-Korea Conference on Science and technology (EKC) has been the premiere conference for Korean and European engineers and scientists to present their recent achievements. Drawing participants from Korea and Europe, EKC seeks to develop new relationships, exchange knowledge & ideas and discuss recent progress and future trends in Science and Technology. EKC provides numerous opportunities for attendees to develop friendship and exchange valuable knowledge and bright ideas. It is also an outstanding chance to meet and network with engineers and scientists from Korea and Europe.

The EKC2026 normal registration is officially open.

Procedure of EKC2026 Registration

Please make a registration for EKC2026.

Step 1: Go to EKC2026 registration & Create an account

  • Go to EKC2026 registration website and create an account. The link for EKC2026 registration is provided above.
  • If you have already got an account, please make a login with your account. Then, go to Step 3.

Step 2: Create an account

  • Enter your account information to create an account. Most fields are required, but some are optional.
  • Once your account is created, you will be logged in automatically.
  • Please keep your password in a safe place for future logins.

Step 3: Select EKC registration

  • Please select the EKC Registration option from the menu.
  • There are two ways to register, both of which are indicated by red rectangles on the image.

Step 4: Make EKC registration

  • Complete your registration by filling out the form.
  • Please select the correct registration type. The registration fee will be displayed automatically based on your selection.
  • If you have a guest code, please redeem it during this step.
  • If you are a member of a Korean Association: Please pay the registration fee directly to your local association.
  • If you are not a member of a Korean Association,
    • Pay the registration fee via the online payment page afer/during making your registration
      Ensure the name used for registration matches the name on the payment to help us identify your transaction.
    • OR Transfer the registration fee via the given bank information.
      You can find the bank information on the EKC2026 website or registration website.
    • Please enter your name as a reference when paying by card on the payment page.
    • Please do not forget to upload proof of your payment after/during your registration.
  • If you have any comments regarding your paymnent or registration, please leave them int the comment box.

Step 5: Check registration status

  • Please monitor your registration status regularly.
  • For members of a Korean association, your local association will first review your registration details. Afterward, an EKC2026 administrator will finalize your registration.
  • For non-members, an EKC2026 administrator will review and complete your registration directly based on your details and payment.
  • If an EKC2026 administrator leaves any comment on your registration, you will see it the next time you log in.
  • Science School: If you are applying for the Science School for your child, please complete the Science School form found on the main page. Your registration will not proceed until this form is submitted.

You will receive a notification email from EKC2026. However, these emails sometimes land in spam folders. Please check your spam folder if you do not have a confirmation for a while.
We generally recommend checking your status directly through the registration system.
