Exhibition Guideline

Exhibition Information

Sponsors wishing to participate in the exhibition should refer to the information below.

The conference exhibition provides an opportunity to raise awareness of your organisation, showcase products, technology and services, and to create contacts within the France and European scientists and engineers communities.

Exhibition Venue

The exhibition will take place in Toulouse, France at the Centre des Congrès Pierre Baudis. The exhibition hall is located on the ground floor in the the Centre des Congrès Pierre Baudis.

Exhibition Schedule

The exhibition will be open from 9am to 5pm daily from 20th to 22nd July 2026.

  • Exhibitors will set up their booths on 19th July 2026 from 1pm.
  • Exhibition booths must be permanently manned during the event.
  • Exhibitors will be required to remove their displays on 22nd July 2026 after 5pm.

For the EKC2026 sponsors, EKC2026 will provide:

Exhibition Layout

The exhibition layout will be like below. Importantly, the EKC2026 Organising Committee determines the location of the sponsor's booth.

Parcel Delivery

Please ensure that all shipments are clearly marked with the following information:

  • Contact Name: EKC2026 / {exhibitor contact name}
  • Company Name: e.g. {exhibitor company name}
  • Event Start Date: 20th July 2026
  • Number of Items in Shipment: e.g. 1 of 5

The EKC2026 will not be responsible for any items that are not reported or delivered on time.
