Science School Information

Please see the information below if you would like to have your child attend Science School.

Science School is organised to encourage scientific and technological learning and sharing among Korean youth in Europe. Participants work on hands-on projects in two groups: Group A (Age 6-11) and Group B (Age 12+), with the aim of developing appropriate technology ideas for real-world communities. All participants will also have the opportunity to join a visit programme.

General Information

  • Science School is available only for EKC2026 participants' childen.
  • Science School programme runs on 21 July and 22 July for two days.
  • There are two groups: Group A (6 < Age < 12) and Group B (Age >= 12).
  • There is an orientation in the afternoon on 20 July.

Registration

  • Science School registration can be completed during EKC2026 registration by selecting the Science School option.
  • If you apply for Science School, you will be asked to provide your child's information via the EKC2026 system (the child information menu will appear automatically).
  • Registration opening/closing dates will follow EKC2026 registration announcements.

Payment

  • Participation fee and what is included (e.g., lunches, transportation, T-shirt) will be announced by EKC2026.
  • Science School cancellation policy follows EKC2026 cancellation policy.
