DR. ROMERO, Martin Mosteiro
In his research, he seeks to combine data analysis and modeling techniques to the planning of energy systems that minimize energy demand and ensure occupant well-being at the building to urban scale. As part of the Brains4Buildings project, he is working on the integration of occupant behaviors into automated fault detection and diagnosis methods to minimize waste in building energy systems.

Jooyoung Hong, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the Department of Architectural Engineering, Chungnam National University, Korea. Previously he was a Lee Kuan Yew Post-Doctoral Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (2017-2020) and Assistant Professor at Singapore University of Technology and Design (2020-2021). His research focuses on the soundscape paradigm, emphasizing a holistic perspective on perceived acoustic environments by integrating acoustics, psychology, and urban planning.
